I found out that I'm prediabetic (5.7 A1C Hemoglobin). I've really started looking at things differently ever since I got those results. I haven't had much sugary (refined) foods and snacks, drinks, etc. That's a definite start for me.
I'm looking for other people who have been fighting diabetes and gotten away from it.
My big challenge is still my (left) knee from my meniscus injury/ surgery. My son noticed I'm locking my knee and that's from compensating from my injury and subsequent surgery. I also have a bunion on my right now compensating from my injury and surgery as well. I'm hoping this is not a permanent issue and that weight loss will help alleviate the weight and I'll walk better.
The biggest issue is that I have metabolic disease, which is why I'm pre-diabetic.
My nutritionist wasn't very positive about weight loss. That's an interesting problem, as I have to lose weight. Period.

Today will be my start with everything I do.
My life has been in shambles for years. I have
decided to take it back!
1. Daily organization
2. Goals: Start w/ short-term; then moderate; long-term
Short- Term:
Stay on diet
Lose 40 pounds while exercising
Drink Water each day
Tone

Long-Term:
Weight:
130
Meds-
Cholesterol: OFF of
Thyroid: More natural, less synthetic, monitor and see if can get off meds

I will develop these throughout the day.
3. Personal Jobs
4. Marriage- get back on track: Be together in one location
6. Family responsibilities
6. Budget
7. Expenses

9. Houses:
Short-Term:
Move furniture from Wyoming to LA
Clean up over breaks

That's it for now.

I've eaten out a lot this month, simply because of being on the road and not being used to it. I ate "goodies" for Christmas- but NOTHING like I've done in the past.
