Im 45 years old, a mother of two grown daughters and have 5 grandsons. I first joined weight watchers in 2001. In about 18 months I lost 82 lbs. I have struggled to keep the weight off for the last 2 or 3 years. I yoyo up and down and would really like to get some motivation back and get back to my goal weight of 150.
