I actually started the SB diet in Sept of 06 when my husbands DR recomended it for his diabetes. I've done weight watchers before but I like the SB better. It's nice to have someone the house to diet with.

Help - Stand Still on Weight Loss
I have found and been told by others that by not eating your body goes into survial mode, when it does this it's going to keep everything you give it so you won't starve. You might be better off going onto Phase 2 for awhile then back on to Phase 1.
