Chicken Cordon Bleu
A delightfully easy flavorful chicken dish that will surely become a favorite.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pound chicken breasts to about 1/3" thick.
- Place ham on breast then 1/2 oz of bleu or swiss cheese.
- Roll up; securing with a toothpick.
- Dip each breast-roll into a mixture of the melted butter and beaten egg.
- Roll in parmesan cheese and place in buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.

The carb count for this meal is actually less than 1 gram per chicken breast...this carb counter on here's kinda screwy...but I promise you, check the ingredients and you'll see it's less than 1 gram..

Yumaroni! Sounds great for South beach. I think even lowfat dieters could use it with reduced fat or fat free cheeses, egg whites, and reduced fat margarine. There are many options now.
