So glad I am still losing. However, I've got a busy 4 weeks ahead and trips planned so I'm afraid that eating good will be a problem for me. I will do the best I can.
I did have a weird thing happen though. I am a total sweets person. I used to crave them constantly. On Saturday we were at a friend's house where I ate 2 brownies. They tasted so good, however by the end of the night, I wasn't feeling all that good. The next day, we had a Mother's Day lunch. I had a slice of cheesecake (that tasted so good) but made me SO ill. Now, I can't even look at anything sweet. (that is how bad it made me feel). This is a good thing for me. (although I'm sure I will get over it).
As I said, these next 4 weeks will be a challenge for me. Wish me luck!

As long as it keeps coming off, I'm good. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling better. I've been out to eat quite a bit and although REALLY splurged at one place and mildly splurged at another, I still managed to keep within my weekly points. I like that I have to be accountable for what I eat. I'm still not exercising like I should. Not sure why that is. Hopefully I will get better at that. I know that is key!

So, I'm back on track. I feel really good. My tap class was extra hard last night and my friend who was wearing a heart rate monitor said she burned 430 calories. Wow!!! I exceeded my fruits/veggies and water quota yesterday (on WW). With the small amount I have lost, I am noticing a slight difference in how things are fitting. That is motivation!

Spending a long weekend in NYC has it's pros and cons for dieting. I walked my butt off however was tempted and took part in many things I shouldn't have. I did not gain (thank goodness) but didn't lose either. It as a great weekend and I don't regret a thing. I'm back on track this week with all the good things I should be eating. I'm guessing I won't lose this week either but I'm ok with that.

Ok, so the weirdest thing happened last night. On the way home from work I was craving cake....not just any kind of cake but birthday cake with tons of white buttercream frosting. Mmmmmmmm. When I got home I realized that we didn't have a lot to choose from in the house. So it was a make your own dinner situation. I had 2 scrambled eggs with veggies, a piece of toast and 2 strips of pre-cooked bacon. It was perfect. And, I still had points left from the day. I knew I had WW snack cakes in the cabinet and could eat one but was saving it for later in the evening. (hey, if you can't have cake, a 2 point WW snack will sometimes do the trick) Anyway, later in the evening, I was headed to the kitchen for my "cake." When I realized, I didn't want it but was instead craving strawberries! WHAT? Me turning down anything sweet for fruit? I will admit to putting a dab of Fat Free Cool whip on them but for me, it was a very big victory! I've now lost 12 lbs and am feeling good.
