Spending a long weekend in NYC has it's pros and cons for dieting. I walked my butt off however was tempted and took part in many things I shouldn't have. I did not gain (thank goodness) but didn't lose either. It as a great weekend and I don't regret a thing. I'm back on track this week with all the good things I should be eating. I'm guessing I won't lose this week either but I'm ok with that.
