So, I'm back on track. I feel really good. My tap class was extra hard last night and my friend who was wearing a heart rate monitor said she burned 430 calories. Wow!!! I exceeded my fruits/veggies and water quota yesterday (on WW). With the small amount I have lost, I am noticing a slight difference in how things are fitting. That is motivation!

Good for you!I do believe exercise is the key but I am not practicing what I preach! 430 calories is a lot to burn. Wow! Looser clothes definitely motivates me. And your posts motivate me. Keep it up!!!
