As long as it keeps coming off, I'm good. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling better. I've been out to eat quite a bit and although REALLY splurged at one place and mildly splurged at another, I still managed to keep within my weekly points. I like that I have to be accountable for what I eat. I'm still not exercising like I should. Not sure why that is. Hopefully I will get better at that. I know that is key!
