Uh...Thinking I was going to be going to job #2 at the shipping hub last night, I bulked up on lunch & other calories only to be waved off at the last minute. Lots of calories gone to waste and waist! Hoping that the calories burned earlier in the week will offset the gain yesterday, but I didn't even document all the food I ate.

Tired again today from work last night, but definitely can tell that I'm acclimating to the extra duty. Staying off the scale this week by design, not choice - the scale is in the GF's bathroom off her bedroom, and I leave too early in the morning to wake her by doing that. Will have to have a look this weekend to see if I'm shedding weight again. From the looks of the discrepency between my intake & output, I wouldn't be surprised if I drop under 190.

WHOA - didn't realize that warehouse work burned so many calories. Woke up famished and very tired, then rode in to work on the bike this morning. I plugged in all the figures from last night onto the site here and was amazed that I burned over 2000 calories in the course of the day. Figure I will have to bulk up on caloric intake to balance out the expenditure.
