Trying to stay focus and having good buddies would be nice
That's what is so great about this sight - everyone is sharing a common goal with no preconceived notions about each other - we all want to get healthy, lose weight, feel good about ourselves... I read all your journals and I see a lot of myself in them. So many of us are moms, dads, working, taking care of others, and trying to make time for ourselves at the end of the day. I know I'm not going to put myself in front of everyone else - wouldn't want to - but I'm trying to put myself on the same level as other priorities - and it hasn't been as hard as I thought - I can find pieces of time in the day for exercise - just have to be a little creative!!

Under my fat secret, on the right side of the page is my toolbox, go to my account and at the bottom of the page is food diary options - you can check up to 6 things to track I think. Welcome to fat secret!

oooh plateaus - I hate those!! I do know at the WW meetings they told us that if you didn't eat all your points your body might go hungry and not burn calories at an optimum level - eating less points does you no more favors than eating too many! Are you drinking at least 8 ounces of water a day? Limiting caffeine?
Try not eating anything after 8:00 at night? If you're doing everything right you just have to be patient - sometimes it takes our bodies a little time to adjust to the new "program" and then it'll start to fall off!
Also take your measurements once a week and chart them - sometimes we are losing inches before we start to take off the pounds and that can be encouraging!!!
Hang in there - it will work!!!
