Vegan?
HiSmile

You absolutely can go vegan and eat healthy/exercise/get stronger. You probably will be eating more carbs, but that is ok (especially if you eat whole foods). If you won't be overeating in general you won't get fatWink - our bodies are build to use carbs as main source of energy. In my opinion it is good to take a moment and read some information about vegan diet before you start it.

Here are few important tips:
You should remember to compose your meals properly to get all the vitamins and micro elements that your body needs. That means you should incorporate legumes (beans, chickpea, lentils), seeds(sesame, sunflower, pumpkin), nuts, good oils and green vegetables (spinach, broccoli, parsley, spring greens, algae) in your daily diet. You can also get proteins from processed soy like tempeh, tofu or soy milk. The only thing you won't get from food and should supplement on vegan diet is vitamin B12.

I looked at your profile and you weigh so little and eat so little... If you're an adult I don't think you should be loosing any more weight, maybe think about gaining few pounds (if you would like to be stronger you should gain some muscle weight and you cannot do that if you have calorie deficit). And if you are growing/your body is developing you also should eat more to be healthy (it is not a good time to diet or starve your body).

Good luck!
