Well it has almost been a month since my last journal entry and I am still struggling. I start out good and by the end of the day, I cave into night eating. If I could only last a week without eating at night I think I could be successful. I am so frustrated. Physical exercise is not a problem for me I exercise daily, it is the night snacking. I kind of know my triggers and try to fight then they win. I guess I have no motivation and feel like giving up sometime. I have to think of this whole journey as a life change and not a diet. Will start again. Here we go!!!!

Cannot find a plan that I can stick to. Will not give up though!! Trying to think positive
Night time is my bad time. Have to find some way to break my old habits and I already know my triggers but I let them win!!! New day new challenge
