Cannot find a plan that I can stick to. Will not give up though!! Trying to think positive
Night time is my bad time. Have to find some way to break my old habits and I already know my triggers but I let them win!!! New day new challenge

Keep working on the nix nighttime eating. It really does work if you have been inclined to snack at night. Keep at it. You can do it...one small step at a time.

Thanks for encouragement. Really tough. I have to just learn to eat in the kitchen instead of mindless eating!!
