Ok, so in the last couple of years in my life I put on a hufty amount of weight on and I am unhappy with it..I have a gorgeous boyfriend and the other day he told me.."baby..it's time to lose the weight, enough is enough and you have to do it for your health first!"

I can't be mad with him being honest. I need to do this for me! I'm in nursing school..out for the summer and I want to make a grand entrance into the world when i'm finished! I want to step out and say...watchout LiLi is FIERCE!!!

But seriously...This is hard..I need help and recipes and time to plan, and since i'm not working...it would be a great time to work on myself. I have a personal trainer...he is excellent and he pushed me..but when I leave him..I forget everything he tells me to do, and then I get sad, and then I roll throught the micky d's drive through...No bueno! This has to stop, so I just want to get some support on here and make some changes!

If you like my style..hit me up we could be weigth loss buddies.
