Finally I can use my digital scales again. It started working again today. I now weight 79 kilos instead of 80 kilos.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Hi there, I had to start all over again with my weight loss efforts. My old bathroom scales which ran on batteries stopped working. Now I am using one that does not run on batteries and that gives me a different reading. The old one showed that I weighed 76.5 kilos and the new one shows 80 kilos. So now I am going to weigh myself once a week on a Friday in the morning.
