I can't believe the numbers! Maybe my scale is broken, but I am weighing in at the same time everyday on the same scale. With a little will power, I am easily able to stick to the 2000 calories and I don't feel deprived at all.

Day one down and still feeling motivated. It always helps to look at the scale and see a lower number! 2000 calories is a lot when you keep track of it.

I need to lose 10 lbs so I can have the Essure procedure done in the doctors office instead of the hospital. I would like to lose weight regardless, but this is my major motivation right now.

This has been my first day of counting calories. Wow, it is great to have a real idea of what I'm putting in! This site has a great database, and I love being able to add the food items I am really eating. I feel like I can do this!
