Never lie to yourself. I think that's great advice especially when counting calories. Yes, I ate a hotdog last night. On a bun. And I had lots of candy. But at least I didn't lie about it.

Still holding. I think I need to lower my fat calories. Maybe that will help. Steady is better than gaining.

Its hard to see the numbers go back up, even by a little. But as I review my day yesterday, I know it didn't start off right. I should have eaten more for breakfast, but we unexpectedly left earlier than planned. I need to keep some healthy but portable snacks in the car to avoid becoming hungry. When that happens, I just need food, and I spend less time caring about what it is. I hope to do better today.

Still can't believe it! I moved the scale around the bathroom and it still read the same. My kids had pizza last night and it was easier to resist than I thought it would be. I treated myself with some fresh baked bread along with my homemade soup and it was great! I'm so glad I started doing this.
