I have figured out that my worst time of the day for snacking is from 1-4. After lunch, I just feel like I need to keep eating, even when I have a bigger meal. That's just my weak time. Yesterday, I tried eating a small lunch around 11:30, and then eating another small meal around 2. This seemed to curb the desire to snack all afternoon. I also froze some crushed pineapple into popsicles. Very Tasty!

I stopped counting for a few days, and the result is staying steady. I think I need to get back on track and count everyday. I need the accountability to stay focused. Good news is no gain, but I need to step up my exercise game and see where that goes. So far I've exercised everyday this week, and today I'll do the same.

Alright. I skipped a day of weighing in, but I still did pretty good as far as eating goes. Its hard to find time to exercise without getting up before the kids. I may have to buck up and do that. but I'm holding out as long as I can.

I'm snacking too much but I can't seem to stop eating. Today, I will try to reach for a fruit or veggie when I feel like a snack. Also, I think I need to eat more at breakfast. That is sometimes hard because I am usually getting the kids ready for school and I need to grab something easy. Or get up earlier which doesn't feel like an option. Well, I'm sure I'll figure it out.
