Very excited to be under 190. I am using a manual treadmill for my exercise, and I can really feel the burn.

I'm ready to get back on track. I don't feel as guilty as I thought I would, but I think that's only because my weight didn't change. I'm planning on getting in a good workout today, baby permitting, and I'm going to try to up my servings of fruit and veggies.

I woke up today and I didn't feel like counting everything. I had a long night with baby and I just wanted to give in a little. So I'm going to take a day off of saying no, but I'm going to count it because I'm curious about how bad it will be. Here's to an off day!

Exercising is key. It also makes me feel good. Doesn't that work out well? Also, I am trying to lower my fat intake. If I can go a meal without eating cheese, I give myself a big pat on the back.

I did some extra exercise yesterday and I'm really feeling it today. Instead of taking a complete break, I think I'll just get in some walking.
