I lost 2 lbs more. yahoo for me. I can do this. I'm starting a new challenge today so that should help me stay on track. How is everyone doing?

I think I did rather well today , maybe a few to cal. intake but I feel ok so I hope I don't wake during the night hungry. One of my challenges is not to eat after 7pm. So I have to wait until morning. Eating late at night has always been my worst time. If I wake up to early I'll have a cup of coffee or a glass of water. I will go to the gym early and get wt. I hope I do well.

going to church to help with a funeral dinner. I hope I do good.

I can't go to the gym today. Church and a funeral of a dear friend. I had to make cookies for church bake sale and I'm proud I didn't eat any.
