a good day at the gym, I didn't wt. myself only because the scale at the gym is not working. I tried the taco thing in a leaf of lettuce for lunch. It was good but really messy. I was hungry for tacos. It did the trick.

another day not going to the gym. Still babysitting. I only ate 1 1/2cups of soup but it wouldn't let me enter that so I entered 2 cups instead. The kids are watching cartoons and are quiet for a while. I think they all need a nap. But won't give up.

well I didn't get to the gym at all but I am babysitting for 2 great granddaughters, 4yr. old and 1 1/2 yr. old. That is exercise in its self. I didn't eat any supper as I ate way to much at lunch. I am ok so far. I haven't had to much time to worry about food. They are here for the night and all day tomorrow. So I won't get to the gym then either.

I hate to say this but I didn't go to the gym today yet. Maybe later today. I went with my daughter in law shopping and we stopped to eat. I thought I ate pretty good but I did eat good. Way too much. I ate my daily amount in one meal. I won't do that again, maybe once a month only. Everything I ate was low carb except for the coating on the chicken. I have to go to the gym to work some of this off. I will allow myself a snack later this evening so I won't get hungry in the middle of the night and we all know what that leads to. I need lots of prayers today to help me though this. I learned a big lesson.

I reached my mini goal wt of 200lbs today. Yahoo. Now my next mini goal wt. will be 190. I know that this low carb life style has had a lot to do with it. I love it.
