I found out that I can't eat spaghetti squash, it is loaded with carbs, Heck everything I ate for lunch and supper is a no no. Today is a big no no. Darn it.

I up early this morning. I haven't wt. yet. but I am looking forward to it. I plan on doing some yard work if it doesn't rain and running the sweeper. This will be after I come home from the gym. I hope everyone has a good day.

I have lost another lb. on my way to my new goal of 190.

I finally wt. under 200, It is only 199 but it is under. I gained a couple of lbs. but I lost them. I am doing this slowly but surely. I went to the gym and did a complete work out. I love this site.

terrible headache today and feeling really down. I didn't go to the gym today so I didn't wt. either. I am eating ok but not really hungry. I hope I feel better tomorrow.
