Finish this sentence - What's made the difference for me:
It is so true that everyone reacts differently to different diets. I was on a diet just like "chunkyone" and I lost 10 lbs. (Check out Dr. Joel Fuhrman if this is your diet.) Then I had my cholesterol checked and found that my triglycerides had gone through the roof. HDL was down, LDL was up. So I read Gary Taubes "Why We Get Fat", did a 180 and started on Atkins about a week ago. Losing weight even faster. Will talk to my doc and check blood lipids next week.
