On a personal note: Hello to my fans out there. I know my journals are usually boring but I like to keep my records detailed so I know what is working and what isn't. Hopefully it will help some of you as well. Thanks for the comments and support. Though I'm not usually talkative, it does help and I appreciate it. Leave comments if there is any other info you want to know. Now on to the details:
1/18/7 Day 17
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls salad dinner
1 bowl soup and 1 bowl cereal after dinner
Starting to get sick and wanted to give my body some additional feul. Day off from gym.
Looks like the rest and food cost me a pound, oh well, will hopefully lose it when I'm stricter tommorrow.
FYI: Coming down with a throat cold, started Zicam immediately, feeling better already. I highly recommend.
Weigh-in: 255.0 lb lost so far: 9.0 lb still to go: 75.0 lb Diet followed reasonably well
