Why am I not losing?
I am keeping track of what I eat and exercising daily. Just got Zumba on the Wii and I LOVE it!!! But I am not losing any weight. I just quit smoking - I'm on day #26 and I've read that fluid retention can be an issue but I thought that only lasted a few days? I'm starting to get really frustrated but I don't want to give up because that's what I always do. I am going on vacation August 6th and would like to be a size down by then. Anyone have any tips or ideas? I would greatly appreciate anything I could get at this point!!
