Well, I did it again! Yesterday was a slow day for me. I did nothing but read, play on the computer, and cook. I didn't feel like doing much and I didn't. So, when I got on the scale it was no surprise at what I saw. I made up my mind not to do it today. I will clean and walk on the treadmill, than eat light.

Meet The YOYO! I can go up 2 pounds and down 2 pounds over night. I have been trying hard, but it doesn't want to leave. It likes it here. LOA

I loose slow. but this seems to work better than any other plan. I am trying to eat more protein and that helps too.
