Today was a bad day
Today was bad all the way around. I over ate. I planned to exercise but could not because of the family tasks tonight.
I hope I can get back on track tomorrow.

Buying a new scale- affordable suggestions?
We bought a Taylor scale from wal-mart for $30.00 that promises BMI and accuracy to 0.2 lbs. It also has memory for 4 people.
