Down 32 lbs in 60 days
I started the Isagenix cleansing program 60 days ago today. I am down 32 lbs and lost over 60" on my entire body. I started at 227 and I'm now down to 195. I've lost 14% of my total body weight and it feels great! I used to wear a size 18/20 and now I am wearing a size 12. I have 9 more lbs to lose by New Years Eve, my goal was to lose 41 lbs in 90 days and I know I can do this!
After New Years I am setting a new goal to be 155 by April 2013 and I know I can do this too!
I think the reason this diet is so successful for me is because it fits my lifestyle. Its so easy to follow and I sacrifice two days out of the week to lose 3lbs every week.
It's expensive, but well worth it if your determined.

I can help you I'm on my fourth week.
Chicken
Fish
Eggs
Beef - maybe only 2xs a week
Shellfish
Turkey
Pork
All veggies - easy on the corn, peas and beans they are pretty starchy.
Remember to trim your fat off your meats.
Lay low on the salts
You can have salad dressings
If you want pasta have whole wheat pasta
Brown rice is filling and great on this diet
Have up to four snacks a day- which would be
1/2 an apple and two almonds
1 snacks! And 2 almonds
2 almonds
1/2 a pear and 2 almonds
