dejected :-(
Remember...each week is different. Your body adapts and changes. What worked last week, may not work this week. Keep after it and it will balance out. Remember your long term goal and it will work

Weight training
A great workout for your triceps can be done at home. You need a chair. Put your hands backwards on the front of the chair. This means your elbows will be pointing towards the back of the chair. Bend your knees so they are at a 90 degree angle. Using your arms, go up and down making sure your elbows come to a 90 degree angle, and your body goes below the chair. Do this as many times as you can, 3 times. They are called chair dips...if my explanation doesn't make sense. The farther you put your legs away from your body, the harder the workout. Start with your legs close in. Good luck!

I Need to Stop Sabotaging My Body!
Don't beat yourself up...I would log what you drank and then it is very evident how many calories you have consumed. When you wish to do it again, you could take a minute and revisit that journal entry and decide if it is really worth it.
Good luck!
