Didn't go so well with second box of almonds.. Managed to only eat 7.. On way to gym. Does that cancel it out ????????

Thank you for the encouragement. I have been close to successful each week and when I go over it isn't by much or often. This is a big change of habit for me, but still...a goal is a goal.
