Been a few days and I'm holding steady at 137, which is nice...but also frustrating as I'm only 2lb away from my cycle 1 goal weight. So far I have just been eating well, but I know way way way in the back of my head I need to start exercising too....................... So maybe I'll go on a nice walk tomorrow evening....maybe.

Ok I know fat secret is going to freak out and think I'm losing weight dangerously. But i think 1 of 2 things happened on Tuesday: my hormonal whack threw everything off or my scale went a little wonky. Either is possible I'm choosing the first, also the past two days I followed the diet to a t like I said I would. I thought it would be hard to do it at work, but it hasn't been. We just grilled a big pack of chicken and i eat that throughout the day there. Back on track...feels good! Also I only have two more lb to drop to reach my goal for cycle 1. I'm expecting at least 1 more weight jump back up cause I'm not perfect, but happy overall.

Though I followed the diet and ate lots of proteins and very few carbs yesterday there were things I ate in excess and I've been skipping the green tea. But on it with a fury today (also bloated due to hormonal issues....tmi) so i'm hopeful for tomorrow.

Ok let me put some context on the weight drop. On Saturday I was 143, and ya I blew up pretty fast so it makes sense I'm going to lose a lot of weight fast cause it's not had time to pack in.
Then on Sunday I switched to using my scale at home as opposed to my mother's scale, so probably some weight drop plus a different scale brought me to 140.
Now today, still on my scale which the next few weigh ins will definitely be on and here we are at 139...again i got a lot of water/ toxins i knew i had to get rid of. But the diet is fairly simple to follow except for the sugar and bread withdrawals.
Still not even a week in ad i'm 4lbs away from my goal for cycle one so that's definite motivation.

So, like many others i can now say "I've tried so many diets!" and failed so many diets. But I'm hoping i have found one that I can stick to and end the string of attempted diets.
A few weeks ago my mom started (with my sister as her coach) the 17 day diet. She looks great. So I'm trying it.
I just started cycle 1 today. I was going to put it off, and plan it, have a little mardi gras etc. Then today I woke and thought "nope, it's happening." And now I'm on it. So my first cycle where on average people lose 10lbs starts today and ends on 6/9/14; that seems not so far which makes me feel motivated I can do this! After that on the 10th I'll have my "fasting day" (which for anyone who has actually fasted, this is not really fasting) and then on the 11th my PLAN (keyword: PLAN) is to play hooky from work and spend the day on the beach with Dave feeling great about myself and celebrating the start of the new cycle. I'm pumped up...but then again i'm always bumped on the first day.
So i'm keeping my fingers crossed; buying the books and jumping in head first starting....ohhhh four hours ago lol. Love, Support, and High Hopes are welcome. :D
