Been a few days and I'm holding steady at 137, which is nice...but also frustrating as I'm only 2lb away from my cycle 1 goal weight. So far I have just been eating well, but I know way way way in the back of my head I need to start exercising too....................... So maybe I'll go on a nice walk tomorrow evening....maybe.

1 week, 2lb.
