did atkins a couple of years ago, with lots of gym use too, lost laods, but didn't quite reach my goal weight. Then kind fell off into bad habits again, and ended up fatter than ever. Has taken me ages to get back into it - but this time I hope it lasts longer.....

Low carb/ sugar free products
I eat lots of sugar free gum - and too much has the same side effect you suffered Embarassed

I haven't really moved off induction yet, except for nuts - a healthier, high fibre alternative to gum for snacking.

I think if I started on low sugar biscuits, I would then start craving real biscuits, I once I start, its soooo hard to stop Rolling Eyes

Natural is fine, but on induction there ain't much apart from meat, eggs and lettuce....
