This time I am using a combination of the 30 Day Shred videos and Atkins to lose weight, build muscle, and just feel good about myself. It is not always easy to start, but if always feels good once I do.

Some small goals, to add up to big goals:

Current Goals: 245, do the entire level 1 of the 30 Day Shred in one go.

You could wear a pedometer and log your miles!

I have a job that has me walking back and forth for hours, and after wearing a pedometer for a week, I found out I was walking 12 miles a night. It blew my mind. Totally counts as exercise!
