Not Perfect
SO, I started my diet in October 2012. My Starting weight was 116kg. I felt despair and a failure. Now I am 93kg but on the wagon off the wagon. I feel a bit better than in October but can't seem to get rid of the feelings of guilt I experience when I get off the wagon. I still beleive I am addicted to food even after losing 23Kg.I try to but can't understand the root of my addiction. Also it doesn't help that my husband and friends seem to think I look fine NOW. So it is so easy to get lazy. And I am like yes, great I have lost enough. Because FOOD still has all this POWER in my life. AND I am still addicted. It is sooo hard.
