Has Anyone Else Had Trouble Losing Weight Even Though They Are Sticking To Their Diet?
I am. I have been pretty good about the food intake - and working out at least 2 times a week - although that is under my desired workout time... but I am the same. I waited a few days to get on the scale - and NO CHANGE!
Yes, age (my 40's) makes it harder I think - mostly I am trying not to be discouraged!
I am on my M cycle - so perhaps that is an issue this week. I have never watched my weight so closely before.

Hi there...new to the site and looking for buddies
Hello Kat and K,
I could use a buddy. Maybe we three work together? I am 45, 40 lbs over weight, and have never dieted before. I have not been overweight my whole life - just the past 5 years.
I need positive stick to it people around me who hold me accountable to check-in times. I joined a group to lose the weight by Thanksgiving (30 lbs of it).
My problems? Succumbing to eating all the time (I work from home a lot - so it is always available), not writing everything down, and I live in the beautiful Sierra Mountains and have the best dog - but I do not take her out enough or exercise enough.
I need someone to push me!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight in the morning - almost daily. I am at my lowest then and that motivates me.
