I need more fiber
I use metamucil simply clear, you can add it to a glass of water or right on your food. There is no taste or color and has 3g to 1tsp.

Why is it I am more hungry after I eat ....
I feel the same way after I eat, and have done some research into addictions, because, I'm addicted to over eating. My basic understanding of this "hungry" feeling is your "addicted" part of the brain telling your body it wants more. What we need to do is find a way to shut this down, I do this by drinking a glass or 2 of water right after eating. Maybe for you it would be making your self busy, by walking, cleaning or whatever.
