Guidelines:
You've taken part in many of the activities available these last 3 weeks. Time to start creating your own routines. Make a routine that consists of warm up activities, followed by more intensive activites, and then a few cool down activites.
BONUS:
Try creating more than one routine so you can alternate, for example; one focused on aerobics, or one focuse on lower body, one that lasts 30 mins, and one that lasts 10 mins for when you are short on time.
