I am a 58 year old mother and grandmother. I lost a lot of weight when I was younger and have kept it off for many years. The last few years I have wathced my weight go up. I promised myself a long time ago that I would never gain my weight back. I have decided it is time to keep that promise and get this weight off. Any help and advice would be appreciated.
