GRRRRR.... >:( Gained a pound.. Have been trying REALLY hard to stick to my diet this week. Stayed below my calories. Time to really ramp up the exercise. Sitting at a desk 40 hours a week is killing me. I've been walking almost daily and it just isn't enough. 5:30am here I come. It's the only time I can squeeze exercise into my day. Being a single mom of a toddler, working 40 hours a week and trying to take care of a house is hard to do and fit in exercise, eating healthy, taking care of my 'emotional' wellbeing (I try to read daily).

Well, didn't lose any weight this week, but at least I didn't gain...I guess. I've been walking on my lunch hour for the past couple weeks and it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference. I need to work on tracking my diet on here more regularly. I do well for a couple of days and then get busy and forget.
Had my grandpa's funeral this week, so trying not to be too hard on myself. I'm sure that has affected my mood, which affects how I eat. Going to up the exercise from now on so I'll hopefully start seeing some results.

Starting off my weight tracker a little higher than the last time. I've actually dropped a pound this week. Got up to 174 and lost one pound each the past two weeks. Yay! Now I just need get my butt in gear and keep losing. I've been wearing my virgin mobile pedometer and trying to walk at LEAST 5K steps per day. This week I've gone for a 30 min walk on my lunch hour. I'm going to try to keep building up to more exercise.

Bombed on my diet yesterday :( Can't stay away from sugar! Back at it today. Got up early and exercised, so that's a plus. Trying to plan my meals better and not worry so much what the scale says. I'd like my clothes to fit!
OK... I think working in an office environment is the worst thing possible for a diet. I did really well this morning and brought some greek yogurt and nuts to work for breakfast. Then it happens.. A co-worker brings in sausage biscuits for everyone. How do I say 'no'? How do I say that and not feel like I'm hurting his feelings by not taking this nice gesture? Why do I feel pressured to eat this biscuit when I'm not even hungry?? I hate it. I feel like I have no self control when it comes to food. I've done so many things that I'm proud of. I quit smoking, cold turkey, had a baby naturally, am in the process of ending a marriage that I thought I would be in forever.. I seem to have good willpower when it comes to everything..except food. :( Any suggestions??
