Starting off my weight tracker a little higher than the last time. I've actually dropped a pound this week. Got up to 174 and lost one pound each the past two weeks. Yay! Now I just need get my butt in gear and keep losing. I've been wearing my virgin mobile pedometer and trying to walk at LEAST 5K steps per day. This week I've gone for a 30 min walk on my lunch hour. I'm going to try to keep building up to more exercise.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
