Bombed on my diet yesterday :( Can't stay away from sugar! Back at it today. Got up early and exercised, so that's a plus. Trying to plan my meals better and not worry so much what the scale says. I'd like my clothes to fit!

OK... I think working in an office environment is the worst thing possible for a diet. I did really well this morning and brought some greek yogurt and nuts to work for breakfast. Then it happens.. A co-worker brings in sausage biscuits for everyone. How do I say 'no'? How do I say that and not feel like I'm hurting his feelings by not taking this nice gesture? Why do I feel pressured to eat this biscuit when I'm not even hungry?? I hate it. I feel like I have no self control when it comes to food. I've done so many things that I'm proud of. I quit smoking, cold turkey, had a baby naturally, am in the process of ending a marriage that I thought I would be in forever.. I seem to have good willpower when it comes to everything..except food. :( Any suggestions??
