Well, didn't lose any weight this week, but at least I didn't gain...I guess. I've been walking on my lunch hour for the past couple weeks and it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference. I need to work on tracking my diet on here more regularly. I do well for a couple of days and then get busy and forget.

Had my grandpa's funeral this week, so trying not to be too hard on myself. I'm sure that has affected my mood, which affects how I eat. Going to up the exercise from now on so I'll hopefully start seeing some results.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Walking is great, but to lose weight, you really need to make sure you are on plan with the diet. Sorry about your grandad. Make sure you are tracking your food honestly. Bites, licks and tastes add up quick. Drink your water. Get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch the processed foods because they contain a lot of sodium. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH.
