Drinking
Well as far i know Vodka has very few calories in it. Around 50 per shot. Problem would be the mixer, if you can find a low sugar mix with low calories then your all set. Besides that the real problem with alcoholic drinks would be that it slows down fat burning to a great extent. Also lowers testosterone levels, so if you work out and then go out and party and drink heavy, all the exercise you did could become very ineffective. scale calibration
What I would recommend is to weigh yourself everyday after you wake up. That way you do it on an empty stomach. Also if you take a bath before breakfast then after your all dried up and no clothes on you can weigh yourself. That has given me the best and most accurate results.
