Hi, I am 41, been married to my DH for 25 years, with three kids (2DD 21 & 23,DS 19) and one grandson(5yo),who all are my biggest fans as I am theirs. I began working from home for the last 1.5 years after losing my job of 10 years, which, even though it is really hard even for me to believe, makes it more difficult for me to stay on plan or exercise!! Now that my youngest grauduated last year I am dealing with a bit of empty nest syndrome. I want to work on getting me in order. I suffer from poorly controlled diabetes and obesity. I know there is so much left for me and I want to be able to go and get it!!!
