Diet pills will MESS UP your metabolism. I cant believe a doctor gave them to you! Try reving up your metabolism by eating small meals throughout the day and exercising in the morning and at night to wake it up. I did the South Beach diet and my metabolism LOVED it. I am rarely work out and my weight dropped fast and I have managed to keep it off if I follow just the basics of the program.. no sugar, bread etc. Good Luck. Hang in there.

Started SB today
I went on SB diet starting yesterday and cannot WAIT to lose this weight. I have a WII Fit tooo but I got bored with it and got back on my treadmill. Try JUST DANCE. Its hysterical and FUN. YOu dont even know you are working out.. you just dance. I only want to do it when others are not around.. or.. I will do it to embarass my son in front of his friends. Then they always leave and leave me alone. Lol!
