Married - Retired stay at home Grandma. One 4 yr old boy that lives with us more than not. I have a husband that supports my passion for animals (10) horses, (13) birds, and many cats and 4 dogs. We also pet sit for two dogs currently. My exercise is taking care of the farm animals - 35to 50 cows, goats, geese, turkey hen, and chickens. I walk a lot during my day.

I am from central Texas - between Houston and Dallas. I have four children - youngest is 20 boy; girl 21, boy 22, - oldest is 24 (she recently married).

Never a dull moment in my menagerie -- or is it a circus!!

Americans..... Is it really what it looks like on TV?
I'm retired! I get up at 6:40 to 7:30AM -- have coffee in my PJ's til 9:30! The chickens on this farm can wait for me! Miss kitty will not stay away from the door longer and grandboy is a sweet wakeup call. Dear hubby gets up at 5:30am... his choice - he makes my coffee every morning!

Excuses
I had to stop baking cookies -- or at least start baking with splenda when I do bake. It is my stress trigger release. Now - I actively get OUT of the kitchen! No more excuses!

Popcorn, chewing gum, hard candy (sugar free), fruit, baby carrots. . .these come to mind. Good luck and drive safe!
