Can we embed the Weight Loss Chart?
Hi. Does anyone know if we can embed the Weight Loss Chart into a blog, etc? If so, where do I find the embed code?

I've been looking everywhere for a weight loss tracking graph, exactly like the one here, but I can't find any in GRAPH format. If we can't embed this one, does anyone know of a another weight loss graphing widget that can be embedded into a blog?

Thanks!

Things That Make You Go "Bleck!"
Circus peanuts, is that what they're called? Hork! And I'm a serious candy fan! Once, my coworkers thought it'd be funny to hide circus peanuts all throughout my desk. I was finding them for weeks. They were literally hard as a rock. Nasty things.

Oh, another one: When things go soggy - like bread, vegetables, meat. Ew ew ew.

Rnbwgrl and Foodisevil - Yep! Slugs and dog poo. Those are some of the THE main reasons why I am totally grossed out about eating outdoors. Even if I don't see them, I know they're there. Just can't do it.

And Candyann - Heehehehehee! My husband had to tell me that you probably aren't referring to the band, Menudo. But it still made me laugh and laugh!

Things That Make You Go "Bleck!"
We always talk about what makes us eat. How about what makes you NOT eat? Whether it’s strange little quirks that make you lose your appetite, or a food you wouldn’t touch even if it were free. What are the things that make you NOT want to eat?

Here’s some of mine:

- Outdoor eating.

- Seeing a spider or other insect in the room while I’m eating.

- Seeing an insect IN my food (or a strange hair – gag!).

- Seeing a past expiration date on a food.

- Watching a movie or tv show in which something really gross happens (see “The X-Files”).

- Foods I dislike (mushrooms, brussel sprouts, cheezits, corned beef hash, those gross orange marshmellow candy things shaped like a big peanut).

- When I’m extremely busy or nervous.

- Immediately after a workout.

- Near serious smells, like Pine Sol (a lot of restaurants use it and totally ruin food for me).

How about you?
