Starting on Sonoma Diet: Need support and guidance!
Hi ALL! im relatively new to this site.. Im currently on atkins.. which im not enjoying at all. Do you have to do any exercise? How does this diet work? Will purchase the book soon, to read how it differs..from other diets. Any info. about it would be great!! ThanksSmile
