If you use Half & Half it should be fine. It is better to have decaf. I used to have a vanilla latte every morning and it was hard to stop but I have found that a decaf latte with half & half instead of regular milk works great.

HI - I see you are on Atkins. Yes - Creamer is ok. Just remember to count the carbs. I don't think it is officially allowed on induction, but I have it in my coffee every day and it hasn't hurt me. Sugar free creamers are good too but slightly higher in carbs.

I use either coffee-mate sugar-free french vanilla or internatonal delight. They only have 1 carb and no sugar alcohol.

How many calories should I be eating? What kind of diet? Macros?
Well, we can't say much without knowing your weight. If you are a heavier guy than 2500 can work for you but if you are not obese than the appropriate amount of calories will be around 1800 per day. ...
